Pursuant to Section 19 (1) of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz, UStG), no VAT is charged or shown on invoices (small-business regulation / Kleinunternehmerregelung). A VAT identification number under Section 27a UStG is therefore not required and not held.

Distribution

Buildry is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apple and Google act as agents or commissionaires under their respective platform agreements for the distribution of the app and any in-app purchases. The contractual partner for the functionality of the app remains the provider named above.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

As a sole proprietor with no more than ten employees, I am exempt from the general information obligation under Section 36 (1) No. 1 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) pursuant to Section 36 (3) VSBG.

Regardless of this exemption: I am not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for Content

As a provider, I am responsible for my own content within the app under Section 7 (1) DDG and applicable general laws. Under Sections 8 through 10 DDG, however, I am not obligated as a provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment a concrete legal violation becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such legal violations, I will remove the corresponding content immediately.

Liability for Links

The app may contain links to external third-party websites (e.g. manufacturer datasheets or contractor websites you save). I have no influence over their content and therefore cannot accept responsibility for such external content. The provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time the link was set; no unlawful content was apparent at that time. However, permanent monitoring of the linked pages without specific indications of a legal violation is not reasonable.
